I'm Maria Mercedes Gettar (she/her), I am a psychologist who is dedicated to providing thoughtful and affirming support to adult members of the LGBTQ+ community, those practicing non-monogamy, and anyone exploring diverse ways of relating and connecting.

My aim is to offer a space of active listening and critical reflection, where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and desires with total freedom and safety.

Qualifications and Training

With many years of experience in private clinical practice and a strong commitment to activism in diversity, equity, and inclusion, I have worked alongside LGBTQ+ organizations and social awareness projects.

As Vice President of Conjuntes, a community-based mental health organization, I helped build bridges between mental health and social inclusion, values that continue to guide my work today.

I am currently involved in the Women4Future project, a European initiative to promote education, active participation and the fight against all forms of gender-based violence and discrimination, building pathways for the empowerment of future generations.

I hold a Licentiate Degree in Psychology from the National University of Tucumán ( Argentina) and I am deeply committed to ongoing professional development, continuously expanding my tools to offer ethical, current, and sensitive support.
